ICC Sydney Online Virtual Event Case Study | Meetings & Events Australia MEA Live Awards 2019

The Australian event industry’s premier awards evening was broadcast live to over 500 industry colleagues from ICC Sydney on 29 May 2020. This was the first time the awards were broadcast live to a virtual audience as well as the first time the ICC Sydney team had managed an online awards event. Tasked with a brief to make this as engaging as possible for the finalists and design an ‘Oscars’ style format, ICC Sydney and MEA delivered an outstanding virtual awards event, one the whole event industry can be proud of.
